IRS-Aided WPCNs: A New Optimization Framework for Dynamic IRS Beamforming
نویسندگان
چکیده
In this paper, we propose a new dynamic IRS beamforming framework to boost the sum throughput of an intelligent reflecting surface (IRS) aided wireless powered communication network (WPCN). Specifically, phase-shift vectors across time and resource allocation are jointly optimized enhance efficiencies both downlink power transfer (DL WPT) uplink information transmission (UL WIT) between hybrid access point (HAP) multiple wirelessly devices. To end, first study three special cases beamforming, namely xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">user-adaptive xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">UL-adaptive xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">static , by characterizing their optimal performance relationships proposing corresponding algorithms. Interestingly, it is rigorously proved that latter two achieve same throughput, thus helping halve number phase shifts be signalling overhead practically required for UL-adaptive beamforming. Then, general optimization which applicable any given available. Despite non-convexity problem with highly coupled variables, algorithms solve particularly, low-complexity algorithm exploits intrinsic structure solution as well solutions user-adaptive static Simulation results validate our theoretical findings, illustrate practical significance beamforming spectral energy efficient WPCNs, demonstrate effectiveness proposed designs over various benchmark schemes.

IRS-II: A Framework and Infrastructure for Semantic Web Services
In this paper we describe IRS-II (Internet Reasoning Service) a framework and implemented infrastructure, whose main goal is to support the publication, location, composition and execution of heterogeneous web services, augmented with semantic descriptions of their functionalities. IRS-II has three main classes of features which distinguish it from other work on semantic web services. Firstly, ...
متن کاملIRS for Computer Character Sequences Filtration: a new software tool and algorithm to support the IRS at tokenization process
Tokenization is the task of chopping it up into pieces, called tokens, perhaps at the same time throwing away certain characters, such as punctuation. A token is an instance of token a sequence of characters in some particular document that are grouped together as a useful semantic unit for processing. New software tool and algorithm to support the IRS at tokenization process are presented. Our...
متن کاملTowards a Choreography for IRS-III
In this paper we describe our ongoing work in developing a choreography for IRS-III. IRS-III is a framework and platform for developing WSMO based semantic web services. Our choreography framework is based on the KADS system-user co-operation model and distinguishes between the direction of messages within a conversation and which actor has the initiative. The implementation of the framework is...
متن کاملA Policy Framework for the Interface to the Routing System Draft-atlas-irs-policy-framework-01
A key aspect of the Interface to the Routing System (I2RS) is what mechanisms it includes to carry policy information and to enable policy control. This applies both in the protocol itself and in the services associated with the different components of the routing system. Similarly, the data-models associated with the services must be capable of expressing the appropriate granularity for access...

— We prove: 1) for any linear language L, it is recursively unsolvable to détermine whether L is an 1RS language; 2) for any deterministic context-free language L, it is recursively solvable to détermine whether L is an 1RS language; 3) there exists an 1RS linear language containing the concaténation product oftwo infinité contextfree languages.
